  I love this restaurant. I've been coming here for a long time. But I have to leave a bad rating due to an issue that definitely needs to be fixed by management. I don't like to raise a stink in person so I will leave the review here. We came in on Tuesday and as always, the food was amazing. However the service was appalling and out of the ordinary. The hostess was nice but our server seemed like she was in a bad mood and was hard to find when we needed something. I am unsure of the servers name but she had black hair and glasses. Because of her we had a horrible time and just wanted to hurry up and finish our food instead of enjoying ourselves and drinking wine. Normally, the waitstaff is very professional and knowledgeable. This time we didn't feel welcome. We felt rushed and the server was condescending. We will NOT come back until she finds work elsewhere. I hate leaving bad reviews but this needs to be fixed.

  After 8 years of living in SW Florida, I have finally found an Italian restaurant worthy of my discriminating NY taste. This is my new favorite place to eat. All others pale in comparison...and trust me I have tried all of them. Bianca's is THE Italian restaurant to beat. You will not be disappointed. Friendly staff, awesome authentic Italian food. Brought me back to the way my mom and grandma used to cook. A shout out to Haley, who was our waitress on New Years Eve too!

  Fantastic experience! Get there early, the place fills up quickly!!
  Everyone had a great time, all of the food was cooked to perfection, they didn't rush us (our family is particular about this); our server, Rick, was very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 out 5 stars, would come here again!
